1. Service Scope
Allegiant Partners LLC provides digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, branding, website design, and video editing services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or statement of work. Any modifications to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all preliminary designs, concepts, and source files remain the property of Allegiant Partners LLC. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes. We reserve the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
3. Payment Terms
All services are provided based on custom quotes. We do not display fixed pricing. Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule outlined in your specific agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional interest charges as permitted by Ohio law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Allegiant Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
